Cultural, linguistic, and social diversity is embedded in the fabric of every offshore and remote project team. Being able to work with cultural diversity is critical in today’s global environment. In this micro-workshop, we will build skills to manage diverse stakeholders, languages, organizational culture, and styles of working.

Who is this program for?

This micro-workshop is ideal for managers who are responsible for hiring, performance management, project and financial management. All managers will benefit from this program.

What is a Skill Drill?

A Skill Drill is an intense cognitive and emotional workout that guides participants to adopt a new technique or a new way of thinking that can dramatically improve performance. Each Skill Drill is designed to last 45 minutes to an hour.

A pre-workshop survey ensures that the Skill Drills are relevant, contextual and realistic to the problems and challenges faced by participants in their daily jobs.
