About This Course

The velocity and force of change has increased tremendously in the last decade. However, the ability of humans to keep pace with the changing has not increased proportionally. How can managers embrace and lead change while keeping teams motivated and inspired.
In this experiential workshop, participants will explore strategies to lead through changing times.
