Hiring Right: Interviewing Skills Training Intermediate
About This Course
As the war on talent intensifies and the skilled talent pool shrinks, how do you ensure you are hiring right? In this highly interactive, application, and simulation-driven workshop, participants learn about cognitive biases and deep dive into the BEI – Behavioral Event Interview technique to assess behavioral skills of a candidate.
Participants also receive checklists and job-aids to assist them while interviewing. This workshop is driven through case studies, quizzes, and realistic role-play exercises. Participants work through the Master Interviewing Skills workbook during the workshop. All participants receive an interview best practices guidebook, checklists, and tip cards that help transfer the learning to the job.
