About This Course

A happy, inspired, and engaged team often meets it goals. Managers need to follow a few basic principles  In this experiential workshop, participants will explore the strategies to keep their teams motivated and engaged.

Skill Drill 1: The Science Behind Human Motivation
In this session, participants discover science backed principles of what motivates us:

  • Seeing the fruits of our labour may make us more productive
  • The less appreciated we feel our work is, the more money we want to do it
  • The harder a project is, the prouder we feel of it
  • Knowing that our work helps others may increase our unconscious motivation
  • Positive reinforcement about our abilities may increase performance

Based on the work of Adam Grant and Dan Ariely.

Participants than discover a To do and Not To do list to keep their teams motivated.
