Grief to Growth
From the Organizers Speaking to a young friend of mine who had just lost his beloved wife to covid -19 left me wondering , what is it that I can say or do to help? Should I probe, should I leave him alone, should I text , if yes when is it appropriate. None of us have all the answers and I am sure we all have the questions.. at a time when we are struck by the enormity of the tragedy and the tragedy has come to our homes, neighbourhoods, communities and to our offices for many of us. Grief to growth is a small effort by us @Hopeworks Foundation to make these difficult conversations a little bit easy. This roundtable is open to all who would like to make a difference to a family member, a friend, a colleague or a neighbour. Especially in a virtual world, where you can't even shake hands and express your solidarity, we have to learn to do remotely yet with deep compassion.
