DiD: Dialogues in Diversity

About DiD "Diversity is the existence of variations of different characteristics in a group of people". We are 7.9 billion people on Earth, and the way we see it, we are 7.9 billion variations. DiD is a boardgame that explores these variations. It is a call to action to explore, understand, and integrate these variations in our teams, our workplaces, our organizations, and our society. What this game is not: This game is NOT a recipe to make your teams and your organization more diverse (that's up to you, your leadership practices, and processes). The objective of the game is to get to know people who are "unlike" us, a little better. The game also DOES NOT explore inclusion, that's the topic of a different game all together.
